Price list — J-Trace
The J-Trace PRO sets a benchmark for instruction tracing with its streaming trace function that enables unlimited tracing at full target clock speed.
J-Trace models
Every J-Trace comes with one year of Basic Support. Beyond that, SEGGER's Extended Coverage gives you the option to extend hardware warranty and Basic Support for one additional year (+12 months) or two additional years (+24 months). These options are only available at the time of purchase via web shop (please see price list) or upon request. Adding it at a later date is not possible.
If your device is no longer covered by Basic Support, you can renew Basic Support for one additional year (+12 months). This option is available upon request as long as we maintain the version of your device.
Please note: Support is granted for registered products only.
If an organization owns a large amount of SEGGER hardware, it may make sense to purchase Company Support. This enables engineers to receive assistance, regardless of the support status of their individual device.
