Software licensing

SEGGER software tools are available under SEGGER’s Friendly License and SEGGER’s Commercial-use License.
For non-commercial use, full activation, and extended evaluation, you may request a license key.

Please select the software for which you want to request a license key and indicate its intended use. Provide a description of your project to help us process requests for non-commercial use or evaluation.

License keys are usually locked to a computer. Please check the license manager of the software for available locks and enter them in the form. How to find the lock for your software license.

We will process your request as quickly as possible and get back to you. Please be patient, as processing all requests usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
