Flasher support AVR and PIC16/PIC18 microcontrollers

Production and service teams, which need to handle Microchip's AVR or PIC16F/PIC18F based devices, can now use the fast flash programmers created by SEGGER. Support has been added to the widely-used Flasher PRO, Flasher ATE and Flasher Portable PLUS.
