Tool chain used for build

The following tools have been used:


Compiler:  NEC CA850   V3.10
Assembler: NEc AS850   V3.50
Librarian: NEC AR850   V1.60
Workbench: NEC PM+     V6.11

Performance

  1. Task switch time
    Release build: 10.0 us = 200 cycles
  2. Interrupt latency
    Release build: 6.95 us = 139 cycles

Absolute timings are based on an V850ES/JJ2 running at 20 MHz

New features

Version 3.52a

  1. Interrupt stack added
    embOS for V850 now allows usage of an interrupt stack which may reduce stack load of tasks.
